Yes, we accept cash on delivery but on some pin codes this facility is unavailable. Please check during checkout or contact us for delivery enquiry.

If your order is received before 10 am, we will process the order on the same day, (Except Sunday and holidays). Otherwise, within 24 hours it will dispatch. In some cases maximum of 48 hours. If the order is received on Saturday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.

To track a package shipped with us, enter the provided tracking ID in the search field on tracking page and click on the β€œTrack” button. You will be able to see the tracking details there.

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Currently we ship Pan-India only, but yes, we will start shipping parcels across the globe soon.

Returns and Refunds

If the product is spoiled, broken, leaking, expired or if the parcel got damaged during transit, or you got the wrong item, then you can return the parcel or product within 7 days and we will initiate the refund or replace the same product.

If you return the product within 5 days you will receive it in your bank account you paid through. In some cases money will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.
